IIIT Kota offers BTech in four specialisation i.e. Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechatronics and Automation Engineering and Mathematics & Computing. The total seat intake by the BTech course is 344 which is divided among all the specialisation. Computer Science & Engineering or CSE has a seat the intake of 165 which the highest among all specialisations. IIIT Kota admission to the flagship BTech course is completely entrance-based. Interested candidates are required to apply and appear for JEE Main. 

IIIT Bhagalpur offers BTech programme in four specialisations : Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechatronics & Automation Engineering, and Mathematics and Computing .
