All three are good placement wise but cloud computing is most trending in market. There is a lot of demand but students of CSE also got good placement opportunities this year.
Cloud is having some advance subject syllabus so you can go with cloud computing.
All the best.

According to my knowledge, SRM University is best option for B.Tech CSE. You should take admission here. Good luck.

As your percentile are low, so there is less possibility that you get a good engineering college. So, you can apply any private college or if you want a good college, then you should again prepare for JEE.
Good luck.

JAYPEE is one of the best engineering college in India. JAYPEE is one of the few private college which better than nits and some of IITS college. If you are from a science background and want your career in computer Science, please do B.Tech CS instead of B.Sc. Hons CS!
There is no value of B.Sc. Hons CS eventually you will have to do M.Sc. Or MCA. Companies prefer B.Tech students over B.Sc/BCA/MCA/M.Sc students. Even if you get a job, the package will be low. After B.Sc. You will not be eligible for GATE. Now, if you are from a commerce background then do BCA instead of B.Sc. CS as it will give you more practical knowledge!
All the best!
