Hi Deepansh, yes, you should appear for Amity JEE to get admission in computer science engineering with good scholarships. If you avoid the entrance, then you will not get any scholarships.

Yes, Rayat Bahra University is good for computer science engineering. You will easily get a job in top IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, if you complete your B.Tech in computer science engineering from this college.

Your cutoff is very less to get admission in Chennai Institute of Technology. However, if you belong to SC, ST, etc. then you might get a seat but the chances are low. Hence, you can try your best at the counselling.
