Hi,
Both are good courses to do. But, I'll suggest you to go for B.Tech, as B.Tech has more value than BCA. And, Salary is more in BCA+MCA. But, you can pursue MBA after B.Tech.

Firstly, you must try to maximize your JEE Main score to bag a seat in PEC. According to the previous year cut-off analysis of PEC admissions, you must score approximately 220+ Marks for hassle-free admission process in your preferred stream for general category. You should focus on securing the highest marks possible with your strength. You must build your fundamentals which will help you to score well in the JEE Main examination. All the Best.

In general category if you are from Delhi region you must score near 170 to get CS in DTU if you are from outside Delhi region then you need to score above 200 to get CS in DTU.

As per 2018 in LPU, it was 72 marks in JEE and 80% above in +2 marks. But, see the fee structure also i. e., it is payable by you or not, because Punjab colleges are very costly.

You should go for B.Tech cloud computing and information security. The current status of world is all the companies move themselves toward cloud in the job vacancy in this career is also more than any other. I prefer you to go with B.Tech cloud computing and information security.
