There is no minimum or maximum marks that you have to score. You have to score at your best because the best score you make pave your way for best college. You have to secure under 7500 rank. Only then, you will be able to get the admission in the main campus with CSE branch.

Colleges have seats for Management Quota also, so you can visit colleges of your interest for discussion, but highly reputed college might not give admission. But, if your ward is serious about doing B.Tech in CSE, then it is not necessary to study in highly reputed college.

See, changing current college doesn't guarantee that the next college in which you take admission is good and up to the mark of expectation and in almost all the government colleges teaching is not quite good. So, I'll prefer you to take up the responsibility on your shoulder and start learning on your own. You can learn from the online platforms that are available free of cost.

Yes, you are eligible because eligibility criteria is as follows a candidate who has passed 10+2 pattern of examination (equivalent to the two year Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.
