NIFT is no.1 institution for fashion technology go for it. One should choose M.FTech only if they have ample interest in Apparel/Textile & Fashion industries. It is mostly about Apparel/Textile production. It deals with the technical aspects of Garment/Textile industry, in addition with brushes of knowledge about fashion industry. If one has a B.Tech background, it will be much better. If you get one of the top centres, placement will not be a problem. B.Tech -CSE from JIIT Noida will be better than one year drop. The reason is quite simple that there are majority of people who join JIIT Noida after taking a drop. So, you need not to take a drop then.

There is no minimum marks criteria for applying in JIIT Noida. It solely depends on quality of applicants applying for admission here. Flipkart visit JIIT Noida for placements.

Everything depends upon your performance. If you're good in your stream, if you've Masters knowledge about it, you can always excel. Then a college really doesn't matter.

I'll prefer you to opt for the JIIT Noida then opting for Thapar and the most important thing is that in the CS branch, more than the placements of the college skills matter the most and nothing other than that. But JIIT Noida is good for CS branch and placements are also quite good for this campus.

No, it is just a rumor as if you see that the last year's student's packages then you will get to know how good the placements of this college are and you will easily get this college for B.Tech but not for CSE at this rank.

I'll prefer you to opt for IIIT, Sonepat and then opt for Thapar and the most important thing is that in the CS branch, more than the placements of the college skills matter the most and nothing other than that. But IIIT Sonepat is good for CS branch and you can easily grab that college at this rank.

IIIT Sonepat started its innings in 2014 in the same campus as that of NIT Kurukshetra. As a result we can see that the first batch had just finished and I have been placed. As can be expected, the placement cell of NIT Kurukshetra did the job of placement for IIIT Sonepat also. Even though detailed and authentic information is not available it is understood that due to the pedigree of Kurukshetra and its vibrant placement cell, majority of the students have been placed well. It is hoped that when IIIT Sonepat stars functioning separately it will have the same energy and vibrancy in its placements cell.
