Your son can choose any NIT for B.Tech CSE, but it all depends what your son scored in JEE Mains and what your son's rank is.

As you rank in Mains and Advance is quite good, I suggest you to go with all the spot round counselling. Definitely, you will get a Government College, because last year my friend got 105 marks in JEE Mains, and he got admission in IIT Bhubaneswar.
But, as your rank is quite good, so I thought that you will get an awesome college, but go with the spot round counselling.

Hello,
The total fee for CSE depends upon the college and it varies accordingly. Government college charge less and private college cost high fee. Average fee for CSE every year is 80K.

With such a good score, you should go with any good college. Most of the colleges provide scholarships based on the board percentage. I would suggest you to first think about a good private college instead of scholarship.

Yes, Amity-Noida is very good for B.Tech in CS. Apart from that, this university will play a crucial role in your overall development which would prove to be of great help afterwards as this university not only lay emphasis on academics but other things also.
