Hi Abhinav, Both the colleges are at par with each other, but when it comes to placements BIT Mesra outperforms NIT Patna. If you have an interest in CSE, go for it at NIT Patna. Don't make a compromise on your engineering discipline. Otherwise, BIT Mesra would be a better choice. All the best.

I would suggest you should try PICT, if that's not achievable then you should opt for MIT. And in terms of placement it has lower than average.
As far as placements are concerned, PICT is having high rate of placement. Even MIT is good in terms of placements. You can even try for Sinhagad College of engineering for CS.

I think, CSE at IIEST, Shibpur will be a better option.

Yes, you can GET admission in B.Tech and also branches CS or it. But for that you have to qualify entrance exam. If you didn't give any entrance exam then you can apply in private colleges for admission. Or you can take drop and prepare for entrance exam. Good luck.

Hello Ganesh,
You need to apply for a single window counseling program under Anna University called TNEA. If you belong to TN or if you are a TN native student, then you can apply under regular admission. Otherwise, if you are an other state student, then you need to apply under other state admissions. The admission is based on your board exam scores.
