Yes, you can apply but you have to clear an entrance exam for engineering.
Many private colleges take direct admission so you can contact directly the college.
It is not a good choice to opt for engineering after B.Com. Go for MBA or law.

Hello Kisalay,
Obtaining engineering degree via distance learning mode is very hazardous. SC of India has banned it presently. However, some unscrupulous institutions are interpreting SC decision differently. But finally only you will be the looser. So my advice is avoid this altogether.

It is around 1 Lacs per semester (tuition. Fee only). Mainly it depend upon the college branch you will take. If you take the Noida branch then it's fee is more high than a Lucknow branch. http://www.amity.edu/course-list.aspx?fd=Engineering&Programs=Graduate
See here all about the college fee. Don't look to the continent programme. Just simply look for B.Tech CSE only. Not the continent programme. It's fee is too high. Best of luck.

But, if you want to join in B.Tech CSE in GITAM, you have to appear for GAT entrance exam conducted by GITAM University and the cut-off will be changing every year based on the number of applicants and GAT score around 300+ out of 400 can easily assure your admission into CSE even in Vizag campus.
Even if you are not able to score the cut-off don't be disappointed because later, if you contact to take admissions desk of GITAM, you
