LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU.
LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :-
The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelors degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher.
LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship.
Some national level tests like JEE mains, NATA, NEET, UCEED, CAT, XAT, MAT , CMAT, NMAT, GPAT, GATE etc.
Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities.
Board Toppers
For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities
Defence personnels and central armed police forces(CAPF) dependents
From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable.
For B.tech Computer science programme the fee per semester is 98000 from which the scholarship amount will be reduced every semester.
Hostel Charges depend upon the type of hostel room, you opt for. University offers room from 1 to 6 seater and even dormitory and further AC and Non AC option as well. The fees of hostel depends upon which seater and with which facilities you are availing, based on that the cost can be analysed.
