Admission in 2nd year B.Tech after completing B.Sc is not allowed anywhere in India. So I don't think you can do so but you can pursue MCA from DTU by cracking the entrance. It has almost same value.

There are 6 stages of career and courses in library and information sciences:
1) Certificate in Library and Information Sciences
Eligibility: 10+2
2) Diploma in Library and information sciences
Eligibility: 10+2
3) Bachelors in Library and Information Sciences,
Eligibility: 10+2
4) Masters in Library and Information Sciences.
Eligibility: 10+2+3 (any graduate from recognized university)
5) M.Phil in Library and Information Science.
