Being private University the advantage is in terms of Autonomy. hence the Pedagogy is different and closely matches with that of BITS curriculum, Presidency Group is known for quality. Yes, surely, a successful drop can change year life but for this, you need to do lot of hard work.
For the complete 1 year, you have to sacrifice with each and every thing and should concentrate only on your studies. So, if you are ready to sacrifice and study well. You can take a drop.

Yes, for sure.
You don't even need to opt for dual degree course, you can get CSE in non-integrated course too, I guess.
