To secure admission in any good college in B.Tech CSE course it is necessary to secure a good rank in JEE Mains. Besides, if you don't want to appear for JEE Mains, you have to give other state level competitive exams.

Bangalore is a better option for CSE as there are many IT company in Bangalore so they came for placement in nearby college of Bangalore. So, if you are there then you get placed easily.

SRM and VIT are more or less the same. There is not much difference between the two universities. Therefore I would suggest you to join the one that is comparatively cheaper.

Yes, you have very good chances of getting CSE JSS, Noida if your rank is general 4198 then definitely you will not have any problem in getting into JSS Noida for CSE.

Ramswroop University is just an average private University of Uttar Pradesh. I will suggest you to join any other good college. It is not a very good place to study B.Tech.
