You may not able to get admission in best engineering college in CSE in NCR with current performance . You are advised to reappear again and score well to get admission in best engineering college.

B.Tech CSE with specialisation will restrict your options of further studies and type of job you will get after graduation. I will recommend B.Tech CSE over B.Tech CSE with specialisation as you will be able to chose your own destiny after gaining CS knowledge and judging your interests areas and abilities. Further it advised that you may do your specialisation in M.Tech or MS.

MCA or Master of Computer Application is a general Master's degree course related with computer application.It simultaneously deals with software and hardware functions and implementations.
On the other hand, a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a technical Bachelor's degree course, which is also related with software and hardware.
But the difference in these two is that an MCA student knows the theory part of software and hardware more than a B.Tech student and a B.Tech student knows the technical implementation of things better.
More or less,goals of both are same and job prospects also are equal for both.

Marks is not the only criteria to get good package, sound technical knowledge is equally important, so focus on both to get good starting salary. The package also depends on the college and the type of companies visiting the campus so the highest package an range from anywhere between 6 to 8 lakhs

It does not matter from whether you do B.Tech CSE from Government or Private universities. Brand image of college, placement record faculties and facilities etc matter more then type of Institute. BITS Pilani is private university but it can compete with any of IIT. You must look at ranking of college at https://shiksha.com engineering link to decide about indtitute to take admission for B.Tech CSE.

You can go for any job in IT department in government sector or PSU. It will be great if you crack GATE exam because it will help you in getting good job in IT companies like CRIS CRWC n lots more
