In case if you take CSE and if you are not having aptitude to do programming how can you get jobs.

Core of the subject in both the courses are same. Bachelor's in computer science is a 3 years graduation course in which along with physics and math one subject will be of computer also.
Btech cs is a engineering degree course of 4 years. Technology is studied. Great in demand than bsc cs.

You can go for CGC Jhanjeri or Landran, Chitkara University or Chandigarh University.

Hey Anuraj,You can take admission in IIIT Allahabad as it mostly stands on or above best private universities. However there are some advantages to study in private university like you may be eligible for scholarship, foreign study trips, enhanced knowledge with latest technology.
