Hey Shubham,
B.Tech will always be better than B.Sc IT. So if you are getting a chance to pursue engineering rather than going for B.Sc go for B.Tech in any best private university. You can check out the following colleges having good placement records and overall ranking. -

Following courses are recommended:(a) Cloud Certifications (b) Cisco certifications (c) Vendor specific Server and personal devices hardware courses. (d) Generic Hardware course (Different training institutes also run generic hardware course).
