For which entrance you are asking. JEE Mains will be held in the month of January and advance in June.

It depends on the college in which you are taking admission in as in the private college the fees is exorbitantly high and in the government college the fees is moderate and in that also you might get the scholarship that would result in the very low fees.

BA (Hons) [H&SS]-40 seats [fee 5000 per semester]
2-B.Tech [IT&MI]-40 seats [fee 5000 per semester]
3-MME-20 seats.

You have to score about 65% in the test in order to get the civil branch in first round of the counselling.

JEE Main+Advance, VITEEE SRMEEE, state entrance exams. You can get direct admission in private colleges like GITAM, Amity University, LPU.

Maths is compulsory for B.Tech entrance test.

The cutoff is not constant but changes according to the level of paper, number of candidates, etc.
If you are internal, aim for 50-60 marks and external then aim for 65 above.
