Yes, Diploma holders can get admission in BTech aT World Peace University, Goa. Candidates wishing to get admission in BTech in WPU Goa with Diploma should have Minimum 60% aggregate in a Diploma in Engineering & Technology (relevant branch) from a government-approved board.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the WPU Goa BTech course. In addition to the course fee, candidates are also required to pay the application fee while JEE registration. The same for BTech at IIT Goa through JEE Main official website is INR 1,000 for boys and for girls (of General/ Gen-EWS/ OBC (NCL categories), it is INR 800. 

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, opening rank was 7902 and closing rank was 8909. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 2709 and 14463. Admission to BTech in Electrical Engineering in IIT Goa is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced.
