What is the scope of B.Tech food tech (4 years) in Kashmir? After 4 years of B.Tech in this field, will I get an engineer tag?

Don't just go for tag. You should choose the courses, which is unique, because it is going to develop a good career. Talking of Kashmir or anywhere else, food industry is in great demand. Note, there is no use of just tag, if you are unemployed. Think about it, if you have the chance, go for it.
