No, a B.Tech degree isn't exclusive to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs); it's offered by numerous other prestigious technical institutions, both public and private, in India.

Though there aren't as many as there are for other engineering specialties Maharashtra does have a number of institutions offering B.Tech programs in aeronautical engineering. Among the well-known universities is the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), located in Pune and renowned for its aerospace-specific programs. Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University is another noteworthy choice. Aeronautical engineering courses are also offered by GH Raisoni College of Engineering in Nagpur and Amity University in Mumbai. These universities are the renowned for their facilities, industrial linkages and job placements

For seeking admission to B.E./B.Tech at Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology, the candidates must have completed higher secondary education (12th) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects and hold a minimum percentage (generally 50% and more) from a recognised board. They have to be scored either through Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or any other similar exam. It is best to confirm the details with the official eligibility guidelines of the institute.
