Elligibility for IIIT PUNE  B tech is 10+2 from a recognised board in the Science stream with at least 60% marks for candidates in the general category and 55% for candidates in the reserved category. Maths and physics subjects are compulsory.Admission is based on JOSSA counseling of JEE.

State Government Engineering. foreign students (BIP/PIO/foreigners): International students applying for admission, including NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), PIOs (People of Indian Origin), and foreigners, must meet the following eligibility criteria: Academic Qualifications: Similar to Indian students, international students are required to pass a 10+2 exam (or equivalent) in the compulsory subjects Physics and You must also study one of the following subjects: chemistry, biotechnology, biology or technical professionals. Minimum score : International students must achieve at least a 45% total score in the subjects listed above.A minimum score of 40% is required for candidates in the SC/ST category.
