IIAEIT provides a four-year, full-time BTech programme in aerospace, aeronautical, or avionics engineering at the undergraduate level in association with Ajeenkya DY Patil University and Aeronautical Engineering and Research Organization (AERO) at ADYPU campus in Pune.
The AERO-CET/ JEE Main/ MAHCET scores are used to determine admission to IIAEIT. At IIAEIT, the minimum cut-off for a B.Tech degree is between 70%-75% in 2023.

Admission to the IIAEIT for 2024 will shortly be available for a variety of B.Tech programs for all 12th grades students with diplomas and PCM, PCMB, or PCB. IIAEIT provides a four-year, full-time BTech programme in aerospace, aeronautical, or avionics engineering at the undergraduate level.
Candidates must pass the AERO-CET, MH-CET, or any other national or state-level engineering entrance exam to be admitted and complete class 12 with a passing grade of at least 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology has been a reputable name in aviation and aerospace education for the past 20 years and is situated in Pune. The first aviation institute in the western region of Maharashtra, India, offers highly challenging and specialised courses. The IIAEIT is a part of the Shashtri Group of Institutions, Pune.

Padmabhooshan Vasantdada Patil Institute of Technology (PVPIT) Pune offers degree courses in UG and PG with multiple specilizations. The institute release cutoff every year for all the category and accordingly the candidates are shortlisted based on the rank they achieve in the course they want to apply for. Padmabhooshan Vasantdada Patil Institute of Technology Pune offers several scholarships for the students. The are many Government scholarship for all the category of students and some for SC, ST, and OBC students. There is income limit to avail the scholarships.
