With an EWS rank of 111966 in JEE Main, it's tough to get CSE in pinnacle NITs or IIITs.
But you still have possibilities in some lower-ranked NITs, GFTIs, or country colleges.
You can attempt for colleges like:
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Mizoram
GGU Bilaspur
Assam University
State government colleges through counselling
You may get IT or different similar branches instead of middle CSE.
Use EWS quota and strive spot rounds to increase your probabilities.

Yes, it is possible to get a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering through JOSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) or CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) in lower NITs (National Institutes of Technology). JOSAA handles the initial seat allocation for IITs, NITs, IIEST, IIITs, and other GFTIs based on JEE Main ranks. If there are any vacant seats remaining after the JoSAA rounds, CSAB conducts special rounds to fill those, also based on JEE Main scores.

The B.E. / B.Tech route costs at Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, range from INR 1.49 Lacs to INR .60 Lacs for the entire path, depending on the department.
Each 12 months, college students normally pay between INR 50,000 to INR 90,000 as tuition fees. Courses like Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science might also have slightly higher prices.
For lateral access students (direct 2d 12 months), the full price is decreased. Hostel, mess, and different charges are separate.
The fee structure might also change each year, so students are recommended to check the current information in the course of admission thru the college
