Candidates who wish to enroll in the university's BTech programme must meet the requirements for admission. Charotar University of Science and Technology admits students based on their entrance. Students must take the recognised admission exams, such as GUJCET and JEE Main. Passing Class 12 with a minimum cumulative score of 45% from an approved board is the prerequisite. Therefore, if you match the above-mentioned admission requirements, you can apply for the CHARUSAT BTech course even if your Class 12 exam result was below 70%.

There are 2265 seats available in all 32 BTech specialisations, according to the official website. These specialties include, among others, robotics and artificial intelligence, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, CSE, ECE, and electronics and instrumentation engineering. There are two ways to get admitted to SASTRA Deemed University's BTech program:

50% of the seats are filled using the normalized Class 12 grades and JEE Main scores. Class 12 and JEE Main scores are equally weighted.
For admission to 50% of the remaining seats, only Class 12 results are needed.

The COMEDK entrance exam was held in May 2025.

Now the registrations for BTech in COMEDK are closed.

However the possibilities of a few seats leftover might be possible which can be confirmed from the institution.
