Students wishing to apply for BTech at Banasthali Vidyapith need to pay INR 1,000. Aspirants can pay the fees in cash, via DD or via any of the online payment modes.

100% waiver is restricted to specific categories. Banasthali Vidyapith offers complete waiver in BTech fees to daughter of Kargil Martyrs. Students can get scholarship ranging between INR 5,000-INR 10,000 based on their merit or need. 

Students pursuing BTech can get scholarship at banasthali Vidyapith. Aspirants need to score the highest marks in BTech first and second year examination of Banasthali Vidyapith (one from all subject) to apply for a scholarship of INR 5,000 per year. This scholarship is offered to 13 students.
