Yes, several colleges convert a good JEE Main percentile directly into a fee waiver. Graphic Era's GECET-linked scholarships and UPES's merit scholarships can cut your fees by up to 50%. This makes originally expensive private colleges much more affordable for high scorers, so it's worth applying even if you assume the fees are out of reach.

No, I don't think you can get into B.Tech EEE at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad with JEE Main rank of 5,30,000 as General, non-UP domicile candidate. Typically, closing rank for EEE close much earlier around 3,00,00.

University of Hyderabad is primarily known for postgraduate and research programmes, though it does hold a respectable NIRF rank around 71. For undergraduate BTech specifically, IIT Hyderabad, IIIT Hyderabad, and JNTUH remain the stronger and more popular choices in the city. If you're set on UoH, double-check which specific BTech programmes it currently offers before applying.

Yes, they can; however, you did not mention any University's name, so I suggest LPU is the best option for this program, as I have had a great experience there. If you want exact information about eligibility, I suggest you visit LPU's official site to get detailed information. Last date for admission is 31st July; hurry up!
