Medi-Caps University has good labs and decent faculty for B.Tech CSE. Internships are available, and about half the students get placed every year. Average salary is around ?3.5 Lacs per year, with some getting higher offers. Overall, it's a good option if you work hard and take part in internships and projects.

In general, the 30% minority reservation in engineering (like B.Tech) is for all centrally notified religious minorities, which include Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis—not just for Muslims

Colleges or states that offer minority quota seats apply them across these groups, so any student from these communities can compete under that head, not only Muslims. Let me know if you're looking at a specific state or university—I can check their exact policy!

With a COMEDK general rank of 76,896, you can get admission to decent private engineering colleges in Karnataka. Expect to get into less competitive colleges, often offering branches like Mech, EEE, or Civil. Getting CSE or AI/ML will be tough—but not impossible—if seats remain in later counselling rounds. Aim to apply in early rounds and consider branches with better chances.

You can still get into CSE, but your best option is  to either write a popular entrance exam soon or reach out to private colleges offering admission on board marks only under management quota. Let me know if you want a list of such colleges or help prepping for exams!

With 39% in PCM, it might be tough to get B.Tech CSE at Jain University even through management quota, as the minimum required is 45%. You can still check directly with the college—they sometimes allow exceptions or may suggest other options.

Yes, SIT, Pune (Symbiosis Institute of Technology) accepts MHT? CET scores for B.Tech admission. You can also apply with JEE Main or the institute's own entrance exam (SITEEE). Just make sure you've completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics and at least 45% marks. Then apply through their admission process based on your entrance score.

To get lateral entry into B.Tech CSE at COEP Tech in 2025, you must have completed a Diploma in engineering with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) and studied Maths. Admission is done through Maharashtra's CAP counselling based on Diploma marks. Only 10% of total seats are for lateral entry, so aim for a strong Diploma score.

With a 26,000 rank in BiPC and BC? B category, you have decent chances for B.Tech in Biotechnology in good colleges. For example, Andhra University's cutoff for BiPC general was around 21–22k, so BC? B rank could secure a seat. VIT Vellore and Thapar University also accept BiPC students through exams like VITEEE. Focus on applying through state counselling or entrance exams to explore these options.
