Hello Venkatesh,
You have scored reasonably well. But these days lots of students want to do MS in Germany and as a result, requirement of percentage has increased. However, I would advise you to approach specialist agency dealing with sending students to Germany.

Hello Nayan,
In majority of government exams, number of attempts does not matter and hence you can appear for such exams.

Hello Vishnu,
You have raised a very pertinent and interesting query. Is your one year Diploma after 12th? For lateral entry in any branch of engineering, there is a need to have completed 3 year’s Diploma course after 10th. If you meet this criteria, then you are eligible for lateral entry.

In DTU lateral entry, you only get admission into some branch which is not good at all like BT, EP, MAM, PCT, etc. And placement is very poor in this branches, so it's a wastage of time & money.
The best branches are already full so no one misses a seat in that like CE, ME, EE, SE, IT, ECE and civil.

It is a good decision, as nowadays, technical background students are more preferred over non-technical. It will be more worthy, if you will have great job after B.tech.
