A 2-year drop for NEET will not affect B.Tech placements. Companies consider your current degree, skills and performance, not past gaps. Focus on projects, internships and skill development during B.Tech to strengthen your profile and improve placement opportunities.

Admissions to IIIT Nagpur is offered on the basis of valid entrance scores of the accepted exams. For courses such as BTech, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Students need to qualify for NEET exam with a valid score. Candidates need to go for JoSAA counselling for the final allocation of the Institute, based on the preferences drawn by the candidate.

IIT Nagpur - Indian Institute of Technology will release 7-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cutoffs are based on factors such as Category, Performance, Seats Available and Competition. 
Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.
