It's depends upon which college you choose. Most college of Bangalore accept donations. Some colleges also accept donations but they do not reveal it on their website.

There are a number of scholarship opportunities for students who want to pursue a B.Tech course in India. Some of the popular scholarship programs are the AICTE Pragati Scholarship for girls in technical courses, the AICTE Saksham Scholarship for specially abled students, and the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students on the basis of merit. Students can also check the INSPIRE Scholarship for Science stream scholars and the ONGC scholarship for engineering course scholars. These scholarship programs are based on the performance of the student, financial status, and eligibility criteria.

The students who get selected for BTech admission in ICFAI University, Jharkhand will be notified by the university by July 2026. Thereafter they have to pay the admission fee and the tuition fee for the first semester to confirm their seat. The classes for the new academic session will begin in August 2026.

Adamas University offers a BTech programme at the UG level. It is offered in full-time mode and is approved by the AICTE. The total tuition fee of BTech at Adamas University Kolkata ranges between INR 5.1 Lacs and INR 9.3 lakh.

JNU BTech admission is based on Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. After meeting the cut off requirement, students need to participate in the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. JNU releases specific cutoff ranks for each engineering branch.
