To be eligible for BTech in KJ College of Engineering and Management Research, candidates need atleast 45% in Class 12 with relevant subjects. Students are selected on the basis of score in entrance exam such as MHT-CET.

The total fee is around INR 2.9 lakh to INR 6.8 lakh. It includes various one-time charges and other charges. The one-time refundable fee components are caution money and hostel & mess security. Other than this, tuition fee for odd semesters is INR 50,235 and even semesters are INR 44,215.

The eligibility for admission is Class 12 from Science stream from any recognised university. Moreover, a JEE Rank is also required. Admissions are completely entrance-based. Students have to register and participate in the counseling process. The seat allotment is based on entrance merit rank.

Yes, you can pursue BTech with even 50% or more in PCM but IIT and NIT may not be possible if you're a general candidate but there are many private universities and GFTIs which offer B.Tech with this criteria even with decent placement. Some are like SRM University, Lovely professional University, Amity University etc.
Try to give entrance exams like JEE or state entrance exams, they can give you an edge at the time of taking admission in GFTIs (government funded technical institutions).
