Yes, there are various colleges in which you can apply for M.Tech without GATE qualification or something like that. I can give you some names like Vivekananda Global University, JECRC University, etc. from Jaipur.

If you want to get a good college for lateral entry then you have to take the exams like JELET & LEET.

RR Institute has ragging in the campus. But you can go for better colleges if you have good marks in qualifying exams.

Don’t go for B.Tech. If you want to pursue B.Tech then go for JEE Mains exam otherwise my advice is to simply go for BCA, it is a good field.
