If you are getting a better college like NIT and IIT or a ranked college then dual degree integrated course will be helpful but in case of normal ranked and local colleges take admission only in B.Tech so that in future you can take admission in a better college for M.Tech or may be MBA.

Yes, you are eligible for engineering. You have to select a better branch. Just move on, there is a very good career in B.Tech. Select branches from electrical engineering, civil engineer and computer engineering.

It's hard to get in a government college but you can do engineering in private colleges. If you are getting rank with in 2000 to 3000 rank you will get in a government college. You can do B.Tech in private colleges.

Should I opt for BBA+MBA or pursue B.Tech+MBA?

BBA is a 3-year course and B.Tech is a 4-year course. In my view, B.Tech + MBA is better. In counseling, they will like to take B.Tech + MBA student then BBA + MBA student. But B.Sc and BBA students are almost same.
