If you belong to a reserved category then you can get into some new NITs but if you don't have a category then drop a year and try for it the next year.

No, you cannot get admission into any of the colleges through JEE counselling because you need to have at least 75% in your board exams (overall) and an aggregate in PCM should also be at least 75% and also, your score in JEE mains is also a little low to get admission in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI.

The situation of IT companies is not good. I would suggest you to take admission in BE to qualify for other competitive exams.
