As per your marks, there are really low chances to get a good NIT. I think your rank will be around 1.5 lakhs-2.5 lakhs.
So even if you get admission in NIT it will not be a top one. You may get NIT-Agartala, Meghalaya, Sikkim, etc., they are not equal to top NITs like Trichy, Warangal
