Hello Sarabjeet,
As per your marks in JEE Mains, your chances are very slim for getting any good college. However, you have scored very well in your boards. So, it will be better for you to wait and prepare well for next year.
All the best.

Hello Abhishek,
There could be differing views on this. If only one unbiased entity was evaluating different colleges, we would know. But presently we all go by our perception. As per me, Amity University is a better option.

Hello Nisar,
BE in biotechnology is same as B.Tech in biotechnology. Have no worries. Some Institutions award B.Tech while others award BE degree. This is the only difference.

Amity Noida is an older University, but Bennet started B.Tech from 2016. You may take admission in Amity University Noida. JIIT, Noida may be another good option for you in the same location.

Food and engineering technology is an emerging branch in India and there are many central institutions providing this course especially the ones like Tezpur University. For admission via JEE Mains and Advanced, keep latest updates of JoSAA counselling conducted under MHRD directive.
