As you are an OC candidate, it seems difficult to get into CBIT.
As of last year (2016), the cut-off rank was somewhere in 3k for OC candidates.

I think you are from General category. According to my analysis, the best college for you in such kind of rank will be IMS Engineering College for CSE or Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology for CSE.
