Hi,
Universities abroad match the course credits for completing your Bachelors so choose the country and university, look for their requirements and apply. You may also write to the international admission officer to guide you.

Hi,
Preferably you should pursue B.Tech in genetic engineering from Canada, Germany, UK, Singapore etc. as they offer the best training. If you are willing to do it in India, you may go for B.Tech biotech from IITs, BITs, VIT, Manipal, etc.

Hi,
At the undergraduate level, there are hardly any scholarships. Countries like Germany, Italy, and Poland will require an average amount of 8 to 10 lakhs to cover your living and other expenses as the tuition fee is not charged so you may opt for any of them.
