You can apply for B.Tech aerospace branch. If you going to appear for JEE Mains and score above 30 then you can apply for Amity School of Engineering affiliated to AIEEE which is different from Amity School of Engineering and Technology. NIOS is not considered for admission in it.

You can try in Thapar University.

Karunya University in Coimbatore is the best option for biotechnology in India because they have good placements.

If it is through legal authority, then they provide you the right way to change the college. Otherwise, you can contact administration or management of both the colleges.

As you have completed B.Tech in ECE, you can appear for GATE in ECE branch. The students who have completed B.Tech in computer science, information technology or software engineering can appear for CSE in GATE 2017.
