You can go for Masters in electronics or same subject from a good university in India or abroad. You should try to clear GATE exam to get admission in best colleges as this will help you to fetch a good job in core.

German Universities require 13 years of education, so you cannot apply directly after class 12th. You can apply to a German University after meeting one of the following:
1. Complete the first year of a Bachelor program from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject fiel

There are a number of dates which you can fill. Depends on your choice. It's all online. Once you fill the form, you will get an email id and password and through that portal you can lock your date of the examination. Tentatively the examination starts in May and continues for the entire month.

First decide which country and/or university, you must prepare as per their entry requirements. As an international candidate, you must also submit IELTS or TOEFL score. Even GRE will be required if you plan to study in USA.
