All three options are good if you want to pursue MBA. B.Tech will provide you technical skills which will be very helpful to you in managerial career. With B.Com you have option of doing MBA finance. Sakib, you need to clear XIIth with PCM subjects and good percentage. Then appear for the relevant engineering college exams, stand in some merit so that you can opt for IT branch in a reputed college.
