Computer Science engineering is a superset and Software engineering is a part of it. It can be seen more as a work profile.

You should take admission in B.Tech because nowadays recruiters are not validating the marks of 12 in second attempt so work hard and try to score more than 8 cgpa in all the semester and you will definitely get a good job . Good luck
