Applicants for BTech at ITNU need to produce a list of documents. Thus, it is the responsibility of applicants to furnish the necessary documents in the required size and format. After being selected, applicants need to report to the assigned college with the following documents in order to continue their admission process:
- Class 10 mark sheets and passing certificates
- Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- Scanned photograph and signature

The BTech programmes application fee at the Institute of Technology, Nirma University, is INR 1,500. Candidates need to pay this amount in order to apply for their desired course. For students appearing for the qualifying examination from the state of Gujarat, as well as students from Diu, Daman, and Dadra Nagar Haveli, the application fee is INR 350. Applicants from other regions also need to pay INR 1,200. The application fee may be remitted via a number of online payment options, including credit and debit cards, among others.

The applications for admission generally start from third week of February. Last to apply is third week of April. Students who want to take admission through All India Quota have to fill an application form on official college website. An application fees of INR 350 will be applicable. Application fees for students outside Gujrat is INR 1200. Students who want to take admission through State Quota, have to register on ACPC official website. ACPC allocates 25% seats in BTech at ITNU.
