Here's the list of some important documents you must carry during BTech distance education admission process at colleges in India:
• Class 12 mark sheet with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
• Class 10 mark sheet (if applicable).
• A valid ID proof like Adhaar, Passport, PAN Card, etc.
• Migration and Character certificates, if required.
Some colleges may also ask for other documents for which you must carefully read their guidelines on the college website and then collect your documents accordingly at one place for the admission process.

There are no such strict age criteria for pursuing BTech in correspondence mode in India. But, taking into consideration the previous admission trends in distance BTech courses, students are usually between 17 years and 25 years of age at the time of taking admission.

Yes, BTech course is available at Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College. The university offers BTech courses at the UG level. Candidate must meet the eligibility criteria to enroll for BTech course admission set by the college. Aspirants must pass Class 12 with a 45% aggregate (40% for Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only). JNEC admission process is entrance-based. 

BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters.Class 12, candidates can apply for the BTech course. Admission to BTech is based on MGMU-CET, JEE Main, MHT CET and PERA CET. The clear answer is no. A distance BTech degree is not valid in India anymore. It is not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and UGC because of a variety of reasons. One important reason is zero practical exposure. Technical programs like BTech are meant for the professional world which demands technical expertise and advanced skills which is not possible in the distance mode. Secondly, there is no lab assistance possible in BTech courses in the correspondence mode, making it less valuable than regular face-to-face BTech programs.

Yes, candidates can defenitely get admission at IIITDM Kancheepuram BTech course. The cutoff 2025 has been concluded with the release of Round 9. As per the Round 9 data, 50000 rank is not enough to get into IIITDM Kancheepuram, where the cutoff ranged from 22123 to 45791 for the General AI category candidates. 

IIITDM Kancheepuram offers a total of 559 seats for its BTech course. Candidates willing to secure the seats must participate in the JoSAA counselling rounds to secure the seats. The seats are further subdivided among its various specialisations.
