No, direct admission to the BTech course at Brainware University is not available. To be eligible for the course, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 specifically from Science Subjects. Further, appear for BET (Brainware Eligibility Test) to be considered for admission. The BET is an MCQ-based test that shortlists candidates for various undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses offered at Brainware University.

Brainware University BTech forms are closed for the academic year 2024 for the BTech specialisations. The application forms can be filled by candidates either in online or offline mode. Brainware University BTech deadline has been passed. It is expected that the university will soon release the admission dates for the 2025 batch.

For admission to BTech courses at Brainware University, candidates are required to qualify first for the basic eligibility criteria and then apply for the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the BTech exam is candidates must qualify Class 12 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD) and at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD). Comparing GNIOT Group of Institutions to AKS University for BTech, the Outlook Survey Rankings 2023 of GNIOT in the Engineering (Private) Category is two places higher than AKS University. In addition to that, GNIOT offers more specialisations in BTech courses than AKS University.
Although there are more specialised BTech courses for people to choose from in GNIOT than AKS University, the tuition fee for GNIOT is higher than that of AKS University. The total tuition fees of AKS University is INR 1.8 lakh – INR 3.6 lakh, whereas, for GNIOT it is INR 2.3 lakh – INR 6.1 lakh.

All the different specialisations of BTech at AKS University are four-year-long courses spanning over eight semesters with different course materials and subjects. The course material has both theoretical and practical hours with both theoretical and practical evaluations.
The course structure remains more or less the same. The award of credits differs each semester and in each specialisation. In the first year, some courses are similar to bring all the students on the same page about concepts of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be used in upcoming semesters. If candidates are applying for BTech at AKS University through lateral entry, then they will have to commit to a three-year-long programme with the course material spanning over six semesters. Candidates who have a polytechnic diploma can apply for the lateral entry BTech.
Candidates need to have a polytechnic diploma in the same specialisation as the BTech specialisation that they want to apply. If candidates want to apply for BTech without lateral entry, then they’ll have to commit to a four-year-long course which spans over eight semesters.

As per Shiksha student reviews, the average package offered during placements 2023 for AKS University BTech was INR 7 LPA with the highest salary package for BTech Mining being INR 5 LPA and for BTech Computer Science being INR 12 LPA.
The companies that visit the campus regularly include, INFOSYS, TCS, Genpact, Cisco, IBM, Mankind, Cipla, Amazon, etc. BTech at AKS University then, is a lucrative course not just in terms of academics but also the placement opportunities provided by the university.

To be eligible for admission to BTech at Godavari Global University, candidates are required to pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 50% aggreagte from a recognised board. Further, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exam EAPCET and JEE Main. However, university also conducted a university level entrance exam i.e, GGUCET for admission to BTech.
