The BTech programme at AKS University is four years long with course material that spans over eight semesters. If candidates are taking lateral admission into any specialisation of the programme, then the length of the course is three years (i.e. six semesters). Candidates have to complete the credit requirement in all the semesters to obtain the degree.

No, as per the latest Outlook survey ranking in the Engineering (Private) category 2023, AKS University BTech ranking has risen from 2022. In 2022, the ranking for AKS University BTech was #99 whereas, for the year 2023 it has risen to #95.

This shows that the course is not depreciating in quality as the rankings are based on several criteria, such as quality of education, research, placement, etc. AKS University is ranked highly because of its first-class academics, eminent professors, and top-notch infrastructure.

No, to get admitted into the Pondicherry University BTech course, students must have taken the CUET examination. For Computer Science & Engineering, students are required to take CUET Computer Science. For other specialisations, they must present a valid score in CUET Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry.

Based on these scores, students are ranked and allocated a seat. Moreover, the students must also fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the university.

Yes, Pondicherry University has several provisions for differently abled candidates. Firstly, such candidates are exempted from payment of entire fees. Moreover, 5% of seats in each course are reserved for differently abled candidates. Such candidates must submit a certificate from a government hospital indicating the extent of physical disability and also the extent to which the disability hampers the candidate in pursuing his/her studies. Moreover, all candidates who are differently abled and passed the qualifying examination are eligible to apply irrespective of the percentage of marks obtained.
