Vidyalankar Institute of Technology has a good record of BTech placements. According to the NIRF report, 278 BTech students were placed out of the total 601 graduated students during Vidyalankar Institute of Technology placements 2025 with a median package of INR 4.5 LPA.

The JSPM University refunds the fees of BTech, but only if cancellation is requested before the last admission date. If cancellation is requested after the deadline, an amount of INR 1,000 is subtracted from the total amount.  While the application charge of 550 is non-refundable. As per guidelines of the university, there is no fees reimbursement in case a candidate cancels his enrollment after 1 month of last admission date.

You could have a chance at MAKAUT admission for its CSE course with a rank of 75000, depending on the category you belong to and the examination results.

As per the MAKAUT WBJEE cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranged from 4946 to 98815 for various accepting colleges. Hence, a rank of 75000 could get you a seat.

MAKAUT CSE cutoff 2025 was released for various All India and Home State quota categories. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 3737 to 98815 for multiple institutions. In the last round, the hardest college was MAKAUT, with the cutoff being 4946.

On the other hand, for the General HS quota, the overall cutoff ranged from 1915 to 10923. The hardest college for admission was KGEC - Kalyani Government Engineering College in the last round, with the cutoff of 2093.

Note: The cutoff for other categories, quotas, rounds, etc., will vary accordingly.

The BTech tuition fee at HSNC University, Mumbai is paid annually. The HSNC University BTech fee per year is INR 1,57,850. Thus, the total tuition fee for 4 years is INR 6.31 lakh.

The latest 2025 JEE Mains cutoff for BTech in Information Technology has not been released publically yet. Though previous years such as 2024 had the cutoff at 742874,  this cutoff was the Last Round Closing Rank for the General All India category.

The BTech cut off can further vary depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
