The overall fee of B.Tech at National Defence Academy (NDA) in Pune will be around INR 55,560. Candidates who wish to become a professor after BTech in Metallurgical Engineering will also be required to complete M.Tech and PhD in the required discipline. To pursue MTech, candidates must clear GATE and score a decent rank in Metallurgical Engineering. Moreover, to become a Professor, candidates must also pursue PhD by clearing Research Entrance Test conducted by the university. The average tuition fee for admission to the Metallurgical Engineering courses range from INR 5 lakh to INR 8 lakh. It depends on the respective institute in which a student is enrolled. Government universities usually have low fees, excluding the NITs and IITs where the average tuition fee is approx. INR 5 lakh to INR 10 lakh.
