The selection process for BSc courses at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences is based on merit for all specialisations, except for one specialisation i.e., BSc in Nursing. For admission to the BSc in Nursing, the college accepts the scores of the Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET). The eligibility requirements for admission to BSc courses at BFUHS are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCB stream with a minimum aggregate of 40%. Moreover, for some of the BSc specialisations, such as BSc (Ophthalmic Techniques), BSc (Radiotherapy Technology), BSc (Operation Theatre Technology), etc., the university accepts applicants from any Science stream- PCM/ PCB.
