To apply for admission in B.E./ B.Tech at BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences you'll need to apply online through the official website of college, fill application form, upload necessary documents and pay the application fees, and keep the application form for future reference at the time of admission. Then you must meet the eligibility criteria for admission that is you must have completed your 12th with minimum 45% aggregate marks from a recognised board with PCM. According to the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET entrance exam 2024 the cutoff lists for admission to BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences are mentioned below:
For B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering the cutoff rank in round 1 closing was 82253 whereas the closing rank in second round was 79839.
For B.Tech in Electrical Engineering the closing rank in Round 1 was 114680 and in Round 2 it was 99382.
For BTech in Mechanical Engineering the closing rank for round 1 was 173937 and in round 2 it was 157596.

According to the placement report of previous year 2024 of BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences the highest package offered was INR 12-15 LPA and the average package offered was 6lpa whereas the lowest package stood at 3lpa. The placement rate was around 55% in 2024. Some reputed companies including, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Flipkart, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Genpat, Dell Technologies, Synergy, HCL, LG Electronics, Coznigant, Oracle, Copal amba participated in placements.

The quality of food in the hostel mess of BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences is homely and very hygienic. Most of the faculty at BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences are well qualified considering the guidelines issued by the University, they also are quite supportive. They are popular among students for being friendly and well-informed. But the quality of the teaching might not be the same in all departments. Some feel there's room for better real-world learning, but professors are described as great and 1Ls are no exception.

BABA Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS Vizag) is a respectable private college with experienced faculty and 60–80% placement rates, top packages up to INR 33 LPA, and recruiters like Amazon, Microsoft & Accenture. Infrastructure and hostels are decent but have room for improvement. The college has a calm, supportive campus.
