Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech for Mechanical Engineering Branch, but you will not get Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology and Management College with 61% in Boards and 51% in PCM you have to try for other colleges.

Eligibility for MCA is 50% overall.But if you have reservation you will get some relaxation on marks. For OBC, 48% is required and for SC/ST, 45% is required.

Hello Swati, Both are good. But Galgotias University provides better industry exposure and has better crowd and infrastructure than BBD NITM. If I would have been in your place, I would have chosen GU for MCA.

Hi Abhay,
I am sorry to say that until and unless you clear your backlogs, you cannot apply for MCA. The day when you will get you mark sheet as passed then only you can apply. Till then you can appear for any entrance exam of MCA.
